Shipping policy
Every tee is printed to order, so delivery has two parts: printing, then shipping. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your tee ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, public holidays and customs checks can add time.
What shipping costs
We charge what shipping costs us, with no mark-up. The price depends on where your order is going and how many tees are in it, and you'll always see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

US prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. For other countries, shipping starts from about A$7.40 for one tee and is shown in your currency at checkout.
Where your tee comes from
We work with a print partner that prints and ships from facilities in the United States and China. US orders are printed and shipped within the US. Orders for Australia and other countries are printed and shipped from China.
Customs, duties and taxes
US orders ship within the US, so there are no import duties. For other countries, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Your address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away, because we can only change it before your tee is printed. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, but you'll need to pay the shipping again.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your tee hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier. If the parcel is lost, we'll reprint and resend your tee for free, or refund you. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
